I so much want to convey my sincere appreciation for all your hard work at putting together one of the best teacher institutes I have been to over the last 10 years. It was so well organized and implemented.
Margie Clyde, Scituate Middle School, Warwick, Rhode Island
What an excellent seminar! This was my third NEH Workshop and it was by far the most informative as well as the most entertaining I have been to. The speakers were so engaging and I learned so much on our field trips. I have never been to a battlefield before—it was just mind-blowing to be there and realize all that history happened there. I also wanted to tell you that the group of teachers that I was with was by far the most cohesive and interesting group that I have been with. We all seemed to bond incredibly! I have made many wonderful friends. Thanks so much for the opportunity.
Beverly Hart, Flanagan-Cornell High School, Flanagan, Illinois
I just wanted to tell you how great the NEH seminar was! You really put together an outstanding professional development opportunity for us. This was my first visit to the Fort, truly a memorable experience. I will have so much information to share with my students in our high school in rural central Illinois. I have done a number of NEH seminars, including ones at Oxford and Cambridge, and this one ranks among the top. Please congratulate your entire staff on a job well-done.
James Walker, Clarksville High School, Clarksville, Arkansas
I had a great time at Fort Ti. The workshop was very professional, informational, and satisfying. This was the second NEH workshop that I have attended and by far the best. I appreciate the extra effort that you put into it. It will all help me to be a better and more effective teacher. It was a terrific experience and I hope you can continue to hold the workshop for many years to come.
