Friday, November 9th

3:00PM-9:00PM Arrival and Registration

Participants enter through the lower gate beyond the train tracks.  Proceed to the chain gate on the entrance road.  Open the chain, drive through, and close the chain behind you. Proceed up to the fort and park in the overflow parking lot, adjacent the main visitor parking lot.  Sign in at the Officer of the Day room inside the fort.  You will be directed to billeting after signing in.
**NO CARS ALLOWED IN THE PARADE GROUND**

10:00PM Tattoo

            Seriously, go to bed.

 

Saturday, November 10th

7:00AM-9:00AM Arrival and Registration

Participants enter through the lower gate beyond the train tracks.  Proceed to the chain gate on the entrance road.  Open the chain, drive through, and close the chain behind you. 9:30AM Program Preparations

Team leaders of each individual duty and fatigue stations will meet with participants and begin preparing materials and locations.

10:00AM Fort Opens to Visitors

Participants should be posted to their duty and fatigue stations as directed by their team leaders.

11:00AM Simple Machines Demonstration (Demonstration Area)

Participants selected for this demonstration will assemble at the demonstration area at 10:45 to prepare for the demonstration.

12:00PM Strike the Tents (Parade Ground)

All participants will pack up belongings and load them onto sleds in the parade ground.  Tents will be taken down and bundled together to be hauled off.

2:00PM Cannon Demonstration (Demonstration Area)

Participants selected for this demonstration will assemble in the parade ground at 1:45 to prepare for the demonstration.

3:00PM Retreat (Parade Ground)

Participants will form inside the parade ground with all of their belongings and baggage that can be carried by sled or on your back. Soldiers, sailors, and refugees will leave the fort and march down to the King’s Garden.  In this vignette, we will recreate the retreat of British Forces from Ticonderoga.  After marching from the garden participants can march directly to their cars, pack up, and depart.

**NO BAGGAGE LEFT BEHIND IN THE BARRACKS.  EVERYTHING MUST BE EVACUATED.**
