- The gate to Mount Defiance is open Tuesday-Sunday from 10 am – 4:30 pm May 6 through October 29, 2023
- The gold coin given upon arrival to Fort Ticonderoga can be used for access and does not need to be used on the day of your visit
- If you do not wish to visit Fort Ticonderoga and would like to drive up Mount Defiance, the fee is $10/car at the bottom of the mountain
- Large buses and RVs are not permitted

During this 75-minute narrated Carillon tour, our friendly and experienced staff will guide you through centuries of Lake Champlain’s stirring maritime heritage. Panoramic mountain vistas will surround you and sonar readings present unforgettable images of shipwrecks.
